I would have never pictured Miamor giving in so easily, but love made her take the time. Who would have ever thought that something (meaning prison) would finally stop Miamor. Miamor: It didn't feel right to have her in jail and not out killing folks and having all kinds of chaos going on.

I do feel sorry that he will never know he actually has a daughter, but who knows, maybe Breeze is right in thinking that's what's best. At least that allows him a fresh start with his new life. It probably is a good thing that he can't remember anything. Zyir: First of all, God must have been with him to survive that gunshot to the head. Personally, I think Carter died from a broken heart. I would have loved for him to have gone out in similar fashion like Monroe did since he was such a legend, but hey when it's your time you just go. It hurt me to finally have an end to Carter Jones, it just didn't feel right! I appreciated how everything he did and attempted to do revolved around him trying to get his family straight. I'm not understanding why she feels she will be successful in doing so though since her last name is 'Diamond' (very unique) lolĬarter: After all the incidents he has gone through, who would have thought a heart attack would have taken him out. I hated that she felt she needed to leave her family behind to do so. I'm glad that after being kidnapped, drug addicted, forced to be a sex slave, and finding out her husband turned informant she was still able to forgive and move forward with her life. Here is my review of each character:īreeze: I felt bad for Breeze because she endured a lot and unlike the others, she was still green and had to adapt to being alone with no one for guidance or security. Although, I was disappointed that I did not get what was expected, this was still a good book. This book basically sets you up to be prepared for the next generation of The Cartel with Mo and CJ. Based on the name of the book, you would have thought this was going to be about Carter, Baron, Anari, Millie and Brick.
